What NextPlay is
NextPlay sells video analysis reports for baseball hitting and pitching. You upload a video, we analyze it with computer-vision body tracking, a coach reviews and approves the findings, and we deliver a PDF report by email, normally within 24 hours of a completed order.
What the report is, and is not
- The report is a movement analysis for training purposes only.
- It is not medical advice, not an injury assessment, not physical therapy, and not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
- Measurements from a single phone camera are relative values and estimates. Rows marked EST depend on depth a single camera cannot see. We do not measure or claim ball speed, exit velocity, or spin.
- We do not promise performance outcomes. Drills are suggestions a family can choose to use.
The quality check and our guarantee
- Your video is checked automatically at upload, before payment. If it cannot be analyzed you are told exactly why, and you are not charged.
- If we accept a video and the analysis still fails on our side, we will redo the report free or refund the order in full, your choice.
- Correction policy: a coach signs every report. If any measurement in a delivered report is shown to be wrong, we correct it and re-issue the report at no cost.
- On-time commitment: reports are delivered within 24 hours of a completed order with an accepted video. If we miss that window through our own fault, your recheck report is free.
- Follow-up included: for 14 days after delivery, follow-up questions about your report are answered by the reviewing coach at no charge.
- Measurable improvement support: for a 30-Day Mechanics Fix order, complete the prescribed four-week plan, keep a simple record of the completed sessions, and submit a usable recheck filmed under the requested conditions. If the primary mechanical measurement targeted in the plan has not improved, we will provide a revised plan and one additional recheck at no charge.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you are the player in the video, or the player's parent or legal guardian, and that you have the right to share the video with us.
- You will not upload videos of people who have not agreed to be analyzed.
Payment
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Payment is processed by our card processor; we never see or store card numbers. The 30-Day Mechanics Fix is designed for a recheck around day 30; the included recheck must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase.
Your video and your data
See the privacy policy. In short: your video is used to produce your report. We never use footage of minors in marketing without the explicit opt-in at checkout, and you can ask us to delete your video and report at any time.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, NextPlay's total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Baseball training carries inherent physical risk; decisions about a player's training remain yours.
