Privacy policy
What we collect
- The video you upload, plus the intake details you type: player first name, age or level, the problem description, and your email.
- Order records: what you bought and when. Card details go directly to our payment processor; we never see them.
What we do with it
- Analyze the video and produce your report. That is the whole point and the main use.
- Email you the report and any messages about your order.
- Nothing else. We do not sell or rent your data, ever.
Children
Most videos show minors. We treat every video as if it does. Orders must be placed by an adult, videos are used only to produce the report, and footage is never used in marketing without the separate, optional opt-in at checkout, which defaults to off and changes nothing about your order.
Storage and deletion
Videos and reports are stored on our own servers to produce your report and to make the included recheck comparison possible. Email coach@usenextplay.com from the address on your order and we will delete your video and report within 7 days.
Cookies and tracking
The order flow uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts. We do count page views and button presses ourselves, on our own server, to see which pages are useful. That counter sets no cookies, never sees your name or email, and stores no IP address. It keeps a one-time random number for your browser tab, which disappears when you close the tab.
